Departure Lounge:
Young Fly-in Fly-out mining engineer Mel, befriends her Indian taxi driver, Jonny, en route to the airport. The song on Jonny’s taxi radio helps to brighten her from her ‘love sickness’. The song is a Bollywood number “Oye Boy Charlie”. Jonny sends her on her way to meet her love, Charlie, in the Departure Lounge.  See what happens next in this 15 minute film comedy.

The Best of the 45th NW Filmmakers’ Festival Tour:
The Best of the 45th Northwest Filmmakers’ Festival touring program presents a carefully selected cross-section of filmmaking from the Northwest. The movies include From Parts Unknown a tale about Jesse “Madman” Manson and the underground wrestling league he started 10 years prior; Two Balloons follows 2 adventurous lemurs and their flying ships; Hero tells a story 2 quarreling brothers on a quest to discover what it truly means to be a hero; Trahere is an exploration of our relationship with the natural world, told through the eyes of a young farmer; How to Say Goodbye is a poem to grief, gratitude and friendship and Rupture is the journey of 4 Arab teens on their quest to find their identity. And a public pool.

General admission seating.  Doors open at 10:30 am. Will call tickets are available in the box office from 9am on the day of the show.
